1. Who we are
FuelPulse (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a habit tracking and nutrition logging service. Contact us at hello@fuelpulse.in.
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum necessary to run the service:
- Account data: Your name and email from Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
- Habit data: The habits you create, your completion history, and streak counts.
- Nutrition data: Meals you log, calorie entries, and macro breakdowns.
- AI interactions: The text prompts you send and responses generated, stored per-session in your account.
- Usage data: Anonymous, aggregate analytics via Vercel Analytics. No individual tracking.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the app: display your habits, nutrition log, and streaks
- To power AI features: your meal descriptions are sent to OpenAI to generate calorie estimates
- To enforce usage limits: track AI call counts per account per month
- To send transactional emails if you opt in (streak reminders, weekly digests)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-party services
- Google OAuth: For sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Database and storage on AWS infrastructure.
- OpenAI: AI inference for meal estimation and coaching. OpenAI does not train on API data from production use.
- Vercel: Hosting and anonymous analytics.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts beyond 90 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete all data we hold about you. Email hello@fuelpulse.in — we respond within 7 business days.
7. Cookies
FuelPulse uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting. We use localStorage only for UI preferences (accent color, theme).
8. Children
FuelPulse is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
