Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FuelPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FuelPulse is a web-based habit tracking and nutrition logging application with AI-powered meal estimation.
AI nutrition estimates are approximations, not medical advice. Do not rely on FuelPulse for clinical dietary decisions. Consult a registered dietitian or physician for medical nutrition guidance.
3. Account responsibilities
- You must be 13 years or older to use FuelPulse
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not share accounts or use the service on behalf of others without their consent
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Free plan and AI credits
The free plan includes 50 AI calls per month, reset on a rolling 30-day basis from your first use. Credits not used in a cycle do not roll over.
We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with 30 days notice. We commit to keeping the free plan genuinely useful.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use FuelPulse to:
- Circumvent AI credit limits through automated requests or account manipulation
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the service
- Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content
- Interfere with the service's infrastructure or other users' access
6. Intellectual property
The FuelPulse name, logo, and application code are owned by FuelPulse Tracker. Your personal data — habits, nutrition logs, AI conversations — belongs to you.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
FuelPulse is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelPulse Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
